• A yoga mat or blanket to lie down

• An eye mask (recommended)

• A light blanket and a cozy pillow (for comfort)

• A water bottle (hydration is important)

• Your resolutions, your desires, goals and intentions for the New Year. 

• And most importantly, open hearts ready to receive.

  Once the waiver form and payment have been received, you are considered registered.
