Begin your new year in the most powerful way — with the first sunrise of 2026. Join me, for a magical New Year’s Day Sound Bath on Sandy Beach at 6:45am, where we welcome the first lights of the year with intention, peace, and sacred frequency.
As the sun rises over the ocean, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation using therapeutic crystal singing bowls and healing sound vibrations. The sun is a potent spiritual symbol of consciousness, truth, and divine influence, a tangible link to the sacred. That's why it is so important for Earth, humans, and existence. This is a time to release the old year, open your heart to new blessings, and receive the purest light of the new cycle.

Fundraiser Sound Bath
Join us for a special Sunset Sound Bath Fundraiser at Waimanalo Beach where sound, ocean, and intention come together to support community wellbeing. Enter a sacred space to anchor your 2026 intentions in light, sound, and the healing rhythm of the ocean as we bless the past, open the heart, and make room for new beginnings. This event is a win-win for all, offering a grounding wellness experience while supporting Kindred Connection, a Hawaiʻi-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering keiki, families, and educators with social-emotional communication and relationship-centered programs across the islands. Your participation not only nourishes your own body and mind through sound healing, but also contributes to community programs that help strengthen connection, confidence, and resilience for children and families here in Hawaiʻi. Monthly Sound Bath at Bohdi Tree Meditation Center
I offer a monthly Sunday evening sound bath and meditation experience that supports gently closing the month and entering the new one with clarity, ease, and grounded presence. Through crystal singing bowls, conscious sound, and guided meditation, participants are invited into a state of deep relaxation where stress softens, the nervous system settles, and awareness returns to the body. My intention is to help people find that sweet spot between rest and awareness, reconnect with nature and their inner rhythm, and remember their inherent sense of wholeness. This offering is accessible to all levels and held as a calm, contemplative space for renewal and integration.
January’s Sond Bath is going to have the intention to bless your light body. When: last Sunday of the month. Next session is on January 25th, 2026 Time: 5 pm Location: Bohdi Tree Dharma Center, 654A Judd St, Honolulu, HI 96817 Price: $33 per person

At Bellow’s AFB
Join me for guided sound bath sessions at Bellows Field Beach Park, creating a peaceful space to unwind, reset, and reconnect through sound and ocean presence. Sessions are held Wednesdays at 9:00am, Saturdays at sunset (6:30pm), and Sundays at sunrise (7:30am & 9:00am), supporting relaxation, mental clarity, and embodied awareness at different rhythms of the day. These sound healing experiences are offered to Military families seeking a mindful wellness activity in Hawaiʻi. 24-hour advance registration through Bellows Turtle Cove is required, please call (808) 259-4135, a minimum of 4 people, a valid military ID is needed for entry, and the current rate is $60 per person.
Hickam - Pearl Harbor Community Center
I host a free community sound bath at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam as a space of rest and renewal for military members, spouses, families, and friends. Created with deep respect for the dedication, resilience, and unseen labor of military life, these sessions offer a gentle way to release tension, restore balance, and reset the nervous system through sound and stillness. As a military spouse, this offering is my way of giving back—supporting wellbeing, connection, and inner steadiness within our military community. Sessions are complimentary, occasional wellness collaborations may be included, dates vary based on the Ohana Room availability at Ka Makani Hickam Community Center, (1215 Owens St, Honolulu, HI 96818) Registration for January is opening soon.
