As the sun begins to dip below the horizon and the soft glow of the moon rises over the ocean, you’re invited to a heart-opening sound bath on the shores of breathtaking Bellows Beach.
This serene Saturday sunset gathering is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the calming rhythm of the sea. Feel the golden warmth of the day melt away as the night’s quiet magic begins to bloom.

With Luminus Celestial Tides
Join us for a serene Sunrise Sound Bath on the quiet Mokulua of Bellows —a perfect moment to welcome a new day, set intentions, and reconnect with your heart. Guided by healing sounds and gentle breathwork, this session invites you to open fully to the energy of new beginnings.
We’ll practice simple breathing techniques to center the mind and open the heart, followed by a soundscape designed to uplift, clear, and align you for the day ahead.

Tunning Your Sacred Sound
This is more than a Sound Bath—this is a deeply personal, energetically attuned experience designed to support your unique journey.
We begin with a heart-to-heart conversation to explore the intention you'd like to infuse into your session. From there, I create a custom altar using items that represent your energy and the four elements—earth, air, fire, and water—to enhance the vibrational field and deepen the resonance of your Sound Bath.
The session is recorded remotely and divinely guided, crafted with love and spiritual intention for your highest good. You’ll receive a 10-minute video designed to meet you wherever you are—perfect for early morning reflections, evening meditations, manifestation, prayer, or quiet time.

Where Water Meets The Soul
Join us every Thursday at 9am for a soul-soothing journey of gentle movement and sound healing on the shores of beautiful Magic Island at Ala Moana Beach Park in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this special collaboration with a heart-led yoga instructor, we blend the grounding energy of yoga with the healing vibrations of sound in a serene, oceanside setting.
This 60-minute offering includes a 30-minute all-levels yoga flow, followed by a 30-minute sound bath to help you reconnect, release, and restore. Surrounded by ocean breezes and the rhythm of the waves, you'll be guided into deep presence and peace.
This class is open to all—whether you're new to yoga or have a seasoned practice. Together, we’ll move with intention and rest in sound, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and held by nature.
We need at least 2 participants to schedule a class. Please RSVP by Wednesdays at 3pm.

Peace Between The Posts
There is no greater honor than caring for those who serve—and those who stand beside them.
As a fellow military spouse, I understand how deeply stressful certain seasons can be—assignments, deployments, PCS moves, or simply the weight of constant change. This free monthly Sound Bath is my offering of peace, presence, and support to our military community.
Held at 9:00am at the Hickam Community Center, these sessions are open to military members, spouses, friends, and families. Sometimes I collaborate with other wellness practitioners to share gentle practices that support balance and well-being—so we can be strong and centered for the people we love most.

As the final year comes to a close and a new one begins, you’re invited into a quiet moment of reflection, release, and renewal. We are meeting at Sandy Beach, Oahu on January 1st at 6:45am.
This New Year Sunrise Sound Bath is a soft, heart-centered experience designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you and step into the new year feeling grounded, clear, and supported. As the sun rises over the ocean, healing sound frequencies guide the body into deep relaxation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart to open.
Held outdoors on Oʻahu at sunrise, this experience offers a peaceful space to pause, breathe, and consciously begin the year with intention, presence, and care — surrounded by nature, sound, and the first light of a new cycle.
