Our Pre & Post Wedding Sound Baths in Hawaiʻi are designed to create intentional moments of presence within all the beauty and emotion of this special chapter. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the islands—whether by the ocean, under the sunset sky, or closer to the mountains—these experiences invite you to slow down, reconnect, and fully take in the magic of the moment before it becomes a memory.

To honor the beauty of this once-in-a-lifetime chapter, I offer two unique sound bath experiences designed to support both the moments before the wedding and the meaningful time shared after it. Whether surrounded by loved ones in celebration or reconnecting privately as newlyweds, each experience is created with intention, presence, and deep care. Inspired by the natural beauty and peaceful energy of Hawaiʻi, these sessions invite you to slow down, open your heart, and create memories that will stay with you long after the wedding day has passed.

Pre-Wedding Sound Baths

The days leading up to a wedding are incredibly special. Families and friends come together, emotions are high, and there is a beautiful energy surrounding the beginning of a new chapter. These sessions are perfect for bridal showers, bachelorette gatherings, intimate family celebrations, or simply for the bride and groom to share a quiet moment of connection before saying “I do.” This is a time in life that will never happen in the same way again, which is why creating a meaningful and heart-opening experience together can be so powerful. Through the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, everyone is invited to relax, open the heart, share love, and feel grounded together before the celebration ahead.

Two ways to experience this Sound Bath:

Standard

- You arrive, pick a place, and set up your yoga mats
- You receive a 60-minute meditation and sound journey tailored to your intention.
- White crystal singing bowl and chimes.
- You leave feeling calm, connected, and restored
- Eye mask
- Yoga mat/towel/blanket to lay down
- A water bottle
- A hat/sweater or a light blanket in case it gets cold or if it is too sunny.
- Any personal items that will make you feel comfortable
- A warm welcome and instructions
- Soft, mindful movements to prepare the body
- A heart-opening breathing exercise to invite relaxation and connection
- A guided LOVE meditation tailored to your relationship. (No meditation experience needed)
- Pure, soothing sound and healing frequencies for deep relaxation
$ 260 for two people.
$35 for any extra participant.
For 13 to 30 people, a flat rate of $645 is offered.

Designed as a private experience for two, these sound baths create space to breathe deeply, relax the nervous system, and fully arrive into this new chapter together as husband and wife. There is something incredibly meaningful about beginning a lifetime journey with a moment of stillness, intention, and connection in the beauty of Hawaiʻi. Whether on the sandy beach with the sound of the ocean nearby or surrounded by the peaceful energy of the mountains, this experience becomes more than just an activity—it becomes a memory carried into the beginning of your life together.
