This corporate sound bath in Honolulu is designed to support stress reduction, mental clarity, and overall well-being in a professional setting. Using crystal singing bowls and sound healing techniques, these sessions help employees release tension, improve focus, and return to work feeling more balanced and refreshed. Each session can be adapted to fit your team’s needs, whether as part of a wellness program, team-building experience, or special event. The focus is simple: helping your team reset, recharge, and perform at their best. We could also transform this session into a Sunrise or Sunset Sound Bath for your team.

Two ways to experience this Sound Bath:

Standard

    • Your group arrives, pick a place, and sets up your yoga mats. We start when everybody is settled.

    • You receive a 60-minute meditation and sound journey tailored to your intention.

    • White crystal singing bowl and chimes.

    • You leave feeling calm, connected, and grounded

    • Eye mask

    • Yoga mat/towel/blanket to lay down

    • A water bottle

    • Hat/weater or a light blanket in case it gets cold or it’s sunny

    • Any personal items that will make you feel comfortable

    • A warm welcome and instructions

    • Soft, mindful movements to prepare the body

    • A calming breathing exercise to invite relaxation and connection

    • A guided meditation intended to bring calm, tranquility, and balance. (No meditation experience needed)

    • Pure, soothing sound and healing frequencies for deep relaxation

  • 3 people: $295

    Additional participants: $35 each.

    13 to 30 people: $645 flat rate.

      • You leave feeling relaxed, connected, and grounded

    • Only a water botle and your beautiful smiles. ;)

      • Yoga mats, pillows, light blankets, and eye masks for up to 10 people.

      • A heart-opening breathing exercise to invite relaxation and connection

      • A guided meditation intended to bring calm, tranquility, and balance. (No meditation experience needed)
