    • You arrive, pick a place, and set up your yoga mats

    • You receive a 60-minute meditation and sound journey tailored to your intention.

    • White crystal singing bowl and chimes.

    • You leave feeling calm, connected, and restored

    • Eye mask

    • Yoga mat/towel/blanket to lay down

    • A water bottle

    • A hat/sweater or a light blanket in case it gets cold or if it is too sunny.

    • Any personal items that will make you feel comfortable

    • A warm welcome and instructions

    • Soft, mindful movements to prepare the body

    • A heart-opening breathing exercise to invite relaxation and connection

    • A guided LOVE meditation tailored to your relationship. (No meditation experience needed)
