    • You arrive, pick a place, and set up your yoga mat. We start when you are settled.

    • You receive a 60-minute meditation and sound journey tailored to your intention.

    • Yoga mat/towel/blanket to lay down

    • A water bottle

    • Sweater or a light blanket in case it gets cold

    • Any personal items that will make you feel comfortable

    • Soft, mindful movements to prepare the body

    • A calming breathing exercise to invite relaxation and connection

    • A guided meditation tailored to your intention. (No meditation experience needed)
