1. Services Provided

Harmony Sound Healing Honolulu offers sound baths, sound healing sessions, meditation experiences, wellness events, and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Private sessions

  • Group sessions

  • Outdoor and beach sessions

  • Online / virtual sessions

  • Community and fundraising events

Services are provided for educational, relaxation, and personal wellness purposes only.

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Sound healing and meditation services are not medical treatment and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, or healthcare provider.
No diagnosis, treatment, or cure is implied or guaranteed.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health concerns.

3. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any session, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Sound, meditation, breathwork, and relaxation practices may produce physical, emotional, or psychological responses

  • Outdoor sessions may involve uneven terrain, weather exposure, sun, sand, water, insects, or other natural conditions

  • Online sessions may be affected by technology, audio quality, or internet connection

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation.

4. Participant Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You will listen to your body and participate at your own comfort level

  • You will immediately stop participation if discomfort arises

  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after sessions

Participation is always optional and self-directed.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hawaiʻi law, you release and hold harmless:

  • Celia Fishman

  • Harmony Sound Healing Honolulu

  • Any assistants, collaborators, venues, or partners

from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in services, including negligence, except where prohibited by law.

6. Outdoor & Location-Specific Disclaimer

For outdoor and beach sessions, you acknowledge additional risks including:

  • Weather changes

  • Environmental conditions

  • Limited restroom or facility access

  • Travel and parking considerations

You accept full responsibility for your personal safety and belongings

7. Online / Virtual Sessions Disclaimer

For online sessions:

  • You acknowledge limitations of remote delivery

  • You are responsible for creating a safe, comfortable environment

  • No refunds are issued due to technical difficulties outside the provider’s control

8. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation policies may vary by event or booking type and will be clearly communicated at time of booking.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.

For outdoor events, weather-related changes may result in rescheduling or partial refunds at the sole discretion of the provider

9. Community & Fundraising Events

For donation-based or fundraising events

  • Proceeds may support nonprofit organizations or community partners

  • Participation does not constitute a charitable donation receipt.

10. Photography, Video & Testimonials

With your consent, photos, videos, or testimonials may be used for promotional purposes.

You may opt out of being photographed or recorded by notifying the facilitator prior to the session.

11. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully.

Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Sound Healing Honolulu from any claims arising from your participation or conduct

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi

By booking, attending, or participating in any service, you confirm that:

For those with transportation, I can recommend exclusive, peaceful, and less crowded beaches or natural spaces, creating a truly intimate and sacred experience. Session Details

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Location: Indoors or outdoors (confirmed after booking)

  • Price: minimum rate of $225 for 1 to 4 people. $35 per additional participant.

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat or blanket to lie down

  • Eye mask (recommended)

  • Light blanket and cozy pillow

  • Water bottle

  • Journal and pen (optional)

  • An open heart, ready to receive

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, ground yourself, and enjoy the space before we begin.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

To honor the time, care, and preparation that goes into creating this experience, please review the following policy before booking:

  • Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend.

  • In the event that weather conditions make the session unsafe or not possible, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a 70% refund.
